North Coast Watersports
North Coast Watersports is an award-winning surf school based on the North Coast of Scotland. We now offer surf lessons and equipment hire in Durness, providing unforgettable surfing experiences amongst some of the best waves in the UK. Here you will see this breathtaking coast from a new perspective! Anyone of any age can grab a board and come out to enjoy these beautiful waters with us; by the end you’ll be warmed to your heart’s content with stoke and love for riding waves – our wetsuits are also super cosy. In 2022 we’re operating two days per week here at Durness (our main base being Dunnet beach near Thurso). Join one of our beginner group lessons if you want guaranteed fun – top coaches will teach all about safety, equipment and how to ride a wave! Or try something more exclusive: opt for private lessons that are tailored towards your individual needs. Our wetsuits, boards & paddleboards can also be hired out too – don’t hesitate to get in touch should have any questions or queries before booking! Thanks Iona
