Oldshoremore Beach, also known as Am Meallan by the locals, is one of Sutherland’s most stunning beaches, formed from eroded sandstone and seashells.
Separated from Polin Beach by a rocky peninsula called Eilean na h-Aiteig, the beach is narrow with pristine white sand. A small parking area and footpath along the rocky coastline make it accessible to visitors. The beach offers views of both rocky outcrops and the vast clear blue sea, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation and exploration.
