Spirit of the Spey
Spey Descents offers unforgettable outdoor experiences, specialising in open canoe descents down the River Spey from Kincraig to the sea. These thrilling trips can last four or five days with camping on route. They also provide guided environmental walks through Strathspey and the Cairngorm mountains as well as skiing and snowboarding mostly at Cairngorms or Lecht resorts. Tailor-made outdoor first aid training courses are available along with a unique blend of outdoors activities combined with Natural Therapies tuition. Residential courses take place in their comfortable Victorian home which provides tasty homemade food while surrounded by peace and serenity. Furthermore, Spey Descents is a member of several associations such as Scottish Canoe Association, British Association of Snowsports Instructors, Snowsport Scotland; GTC Teaching Scotland (CPD Provider) and International Therapy Examination Council
