The Woodlife Way
We hand-make natural wooden buttons and ‘Tree Charms’ Natural wooden necklaces. Steve and Lea, The Woodlife Way, choose, cut, shape, sand, wax and drill each button or charm by hand. No two are the same – they are unique! Each piece is presented on a handmade backing with a whittled stick and string to hang for easy accessibility in any craft space. Our buttons can be used as fastenings on clothing items such as cardigans; accessories like cushions or bags; quilts/curtains; or even given as gifts! Different tree species have their own essence according to folklore Celtic & Pagan beliefs which makes them extra special. We’d love to see pictures of what our creations end up becoming one day! Besides crafting we also provide bed & continental breakfast guest room accommodation in our renovated mountain home near the sea where you may spot seals (or even dolphins & eagles if lucky).
