Traigh Golf Course
Traigh Golf Course is set in one of the most picturesque parts of West Scotland, just north of Arisaig, Inverness-shire. The name Traigh (pronounced ‘try’) means beach in Gaelic and a number of sandy beaches line the course with spectacular views to Eigg and Rum islands as well as Skye’s Cuillins. It is laid out on grassy hills providing springy turf resembling true links courses – nine holes, par 68 and SSS 65. Good players need to work for their scores yet high handicappers are not disadvantaged – something for everyone! Maintained at a top standard Traigh offers all traditional challenges expected from a classic seaside link golfing experience.
