Open all year round Glen Ord has something to offer everyone from novices up to connoisseurs alike; so come get lost experiencing these delights! Getting there by Road: From the South – follow A9 (Perth-Inverness road) north over Kessock Bridge until you reach Tore Roundabout 7 miles north of Inverness where you take 1st exit signposted Muir Of Ord & Glen Ord distillery. As soon as enter village go straight at junction then left 0.75miles down that road taking care not miss signs along way. From North – Leave A9 Thurso–Invernes road at roundabout 5 miles south Alness then take 2nd exit signed Dingwall & Muir Of ord continue along A862 through Dingwall till next roundbout 2nd exist Maryburgh/MuirofOrd entering into Village Right turn just before railway bridge following signpost towards Glendord Distilery will lead way Transport: Getting there by Railway:-MuirofOrd station situated middle village leaving train head up steps onto Rdbridge going over rail track here see signs approx 10minute walk away or Aeroplane:-Inversnes airport 35min drive away .
